ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Process insurance payments for clients
- Answer the phone and direct customers to licensed team members
- Establish rapport with customers
- Perform clerical duties such scanning, filing, and other duties supporting licensed team members
- Must be assertive and make calls to remind customers of past due customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person to meet their needs
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Must be able to effectively support all other team members

Compensation: $24,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
